Creator-First Philosophy
Unlike some platforms that ban first and ask questions later, we believe in clear communication. If your content raises concerns, we'll reach out before taking action whenever possible.
What We Allow
Adult & Sensitive Content
Artistic nudity, lingerie, and suggestive content are allowed if the 'Sensitive Content' toggle is enabled. Links to adult platforms are permitted.
Affiliate Marketing
Allowed with clear disclosure. FTC guidelines recommend transparent affiliate relationships.
Cryptocurrency & NFTs
Allowed. Creators may promote crypto projects, NFT collections, and Web3 content.
Cannabis & CBD
Allowed where legal. Creators must comply with local laws and regulations.
Gambling & Betting
Allowed where legal. Age gate must be enabled. Must comply with local gambling laws.
What We Prohibit
Illegal Content
Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to illegal drugs, weapons, or services.
Hardcore Pornography
Depictions of sexual acts, close-up genitalia, or non-consensual sexual content are prohibited from being hosted directly on Biofy.
Child Exploitation (CSAM)
Zero tolerance. Any content sexualizing, exploiting, or endangering minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to NCMEC/authorities.
Violence, Threats & Terrorism
Content that promotes, glorifies, or threatens real-world violence, terrorism, or violent extremism.
Self-Harm
Content that encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another person, brand, or organization in a confusing or deceptive manner.
Phishing, Spam & Scams
Fraudulent schemes, link farms, deceptive practices, or attempts to steal personal information.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without authorization.
Hate Speech & Harassment
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected attributes.
