Subscription & Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. All fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may not use Biofy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Biofy. However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide license to host and display your content.

Biofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
